Welcome to My Pixel Family! By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About My Pixel Family

My Pixel Family creates custom pixel portraits designed from customer-provided photos. Each portrait is uniquely created and prepared as a personalized product made especially for you.

2. Custom Orders

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate photos, names, and personalization details when placing an order.
• We recommend submitting clear, high-quality photos to help us create the best possible design.
• Customers will receive a draft preview for review before final production.
• Customers may request reasonable revisions during the design approval process.
• Once the final design is approved, production will begin.

3. Design Approval Process

The first draft is typically provided within 3–5 business days after receiving all required information and photos.

After receiving customer feedback, final revisions are typically completed within an additional 2–3 business days.

Production will not begin until the customer approves the final design.

Please carefully review your approved design, as changes requested after production begins may not be possible.

4. Production & Shipping

Estimated shipping times:

• Processing and production time varies depending on order volume and product type.
• Estimated shipping time is approximately 20–28 business days after production begins.
• Expedited shipping (5-10 Business days) available upon request for an additional fee.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of My Pixel Family’s control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error caused by My Pixel Family.
• Order cancellations may only be accepted within 2 hours after the order is placed.
• After the 2-hour cancellation window, your order may already be in the design or production process, and cancellations may no longer be available.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can assist you.

6. Customer-Provided Photos & Content

By submitting photos to My Pixel Family, you confirm that:

• You have permission to use and share the photos provided.
• The images do not violate the rights or privacy of another person.
• You grant My Pixel Family permission to use submitted images solely for creating your custom order.

We will not use customer photos for marketing purposes without your permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, branding, logos, and content created by My Pixel Family remain the intellectual property of My Pixel Family unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, copy, or distribute our designs without written permission.

8. Product Appearance

Because custom pixel portraits are handmade/artist-created products:

• Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to device settings and printing/material differences.
• Minor variations are part of the handmade creative process and do not qualify as defects.

9. Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

10. Limitation of Liability

My Pixel Family is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays, natural events, or incorrect information provided by customers.

11. Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders, communicate about purchases, and provide customer service. We respect your privacy and do not sell customer information.
