Shipping & Processing Policy

Thank you for choosing My Pixel Family! Each pixel portrait is a custom creation made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. We want every piece to be something you are excited to build, display, and treasure.

Processing Time

Because each pixel portrait is personalized, please allow time for our custom design and approval process:

  • First Draft: Your custom pixel portrait preview will be created within 2-4 business days after your order is placed.
  • Feedback & Final Design: After you review the first draft and provide your feedback, we will make revisions and prepare the final design within an additional 2 business days.

Once the final design is approved, your pixel portrait will move into production and be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time &
Expedited Shipping

After final approval and production completion, please allow an estimated 20–28 days for shipping and delivery.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Need your pixel portrait sooner? Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide an expedited shipping quote.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package each pixel portrait to help ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. My Pixel Family is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Military Addresses & Non-Contiguous States

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to Non-contiguous states, Insular areas, and military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
